| Duties: Primarily responsible for assisting customers in the retail showroom with purchases, answering questions and providing product guidance. Also provide assistance with check-in of repairs. Must have broad knowledge of Mac models past and present, some basic technical/troubleshooting knowledge, a cheerful attitude, and excellent people skills. Training/teaching experience is a plus. Full-time position, benefits (health, retirement) included. |
